Defects Covered Under Mattress Warranty

  • Any visible indentation of 1 inch or more, provided it is not caused by an improper or damaged bed base that cannot support the combined weight of the mattress and user. The indentation must be clearly visible without any weight placed on the mattress.

  • Any manufacturing defect in the natural latex foam that results in splitting or cracking during normal use and proper handling.

  • Any cosmetic defect that is not due to normal wear and tear and that impacts the mattress’s performance.

Important Warranty Guidelines

  • Do not remove the inner cover or fold the mattress. Any damage caused due to these actions will void the warranty.

  • Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery to document any transit damage.
    Claims reported after usage without delivery proof will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

3-Year Limited Warranty

The limited warranty period begins from the date of product delivery.

  • If a manufacturing defect covered under warranty is identified within the first year of purchase, the pillow will be repaired or replaced with a current comparable model of the same size, at our discretion.

  • If a manufacturing defect occurs after the first year, the product may be repaired. If repair is not possible, a pro-rated credit settlement will be offered.
    Pro-rated credit means the value reduces with each year of use.

  • For hygiene and optimal comfort, it is recommended to replace pillows every 8–10 years.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

  • Visible indentation or sagging exceeding 1 inch, provided it is not caused by improper use, or an unsuitable bed, bed base, or foundation.

  • A tolerance of ±15 mm in mattress length, width, and thickness is considered acceptable and within industry standards. Measurements may vary depending on the point of measurement and individual method used.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling. The crib mattress is designed exclusively for sleeping, resting, and lying down. Any other usage will be considered misuse and will void the warranty.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

  • Stains, tears, burns, discoloration, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Indentations, sagging, or body impressions less than 1 inch in depth.

  • Personal comfort preferences, including firmness, softness, or feel.

  • Products that are pre-owned, resold, gifted, or purchased from non-authorized Morning Owl distributors.

  • Physical damage caused by the user.

  • Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials used.

  • Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.

  • Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other natural materials.

  • A normal increase in softness of pressure-relieving foam that does not compromise performance or support.
