We strongly believe in the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why Lazypanda products are warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Such defects will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion without charges, exclusive of transportation and inspection costs, for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that period, charges are calculated based on the warranty schedule below. Please ensure you retain the necessary documents such as receipt/invoice, a signed warranty card with the retailer’s stamp, and the intact MRP sticker.

Warranty

Subject to your satisfaction of all conditions, Peps provides a limited warranty on manufacturing defects. At Lazypanda’ option, your mattress may be repaired, reconstructed, or replaced at no cost within the first year from the date of purchase. After the first year, a service fee applies. Any repair or replacement by Lazypanda does not extend the initial free warranty term.

Conditions for Warranty

  • Provide documents proving ownership or possession of the mattress.
  • Present an original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Possess a warranty card with Lazypanda registration, stamped and signed by the seller.

Limitations

Lazypanda is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from mattress use. Liability is limited to the mattress cost. Implied warranties for fitness or merchantability are disclaimed, and this warranty applies only to Lazypanda mattresses bought for personal, non-commercial use.

Third Parties

The warranty applies only to mattresses purchased from Lazypanda’ The Great Sleep Store or authorized retailers.

Repair/Replacement

Lazypanda will determine if a mattress requires repair, reconstruction, or replacement. Comparable materials may be substituted if identical materials are unavailable.

Duty of Care

The warranty may be void if the mattress is not used or cared for correctly. It doesn’t cover mishandling, misuse, contact with hot surfaces, abrasives, or detergents.

Process and Timelines

Lazypanda may invalidate the warranty if the product is unsanitary, soiled, or damaged due to negligence, normal wear and tear, or inappropriate use. No replacement mattress is provided during repair or reconstruction.
